This may include your name, restaurant name, city, website or delivery listing links, email address, phone number, and the details you include in your message.

We also collect information related to your use of the site, such as page visits and basic usage analytics. If you make a purchase, payment processing is handled by Stripe and we receive transaction details such as product purchased, amount paid, billing email, and subscription status. We do not store full payment card numbers on our website.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• review your restaurant for fit and prepare menu audit responses;
• provide onboarding, support, and account communication;
• process subscription or plan-related transactions;
• send follow-up emails related to your audit request or account;
• improve our website, positioning, and service operations; and

If you contact us but do not become a customer, we may retain your inquiry and audit request history for follow-up and internal sales recordkeeping unless deletion is required by law.
